What type of person are you?

Scientists have found that in a population of 7 billion people, individuals can be classified as either introverts, extroverts, or ambiverts. So what do these strange words mean and where do you fall in the mix?

1. Extroverts- They comprise most of our society and are the ones that like to talk. Extroverts are great socialites who feel the need to discuss with others when they have any worries and recharge themselves best by being people. Extroverts have many friends and possible complications with expressing emotion because they are very “on the surface” sort of beings.

Ex. Bill Clinton, Steve Jobs, Muhammad Ali, George W. Bush, Margaret Thatcher

2. Introverts- These guys love thoughts and find excitement through ideas. They have a lot that stimulates their brain and are constant thinkers. Introverts recharge best by spending time alone and have limited yet very meaningful friendships. This doesn’t mean introverts are shy; they can offer a different perspective, often in an insightful manner.

Ex. Mohandas Gandhi, Moses, Hillary Clinton, Warren Buffet, Bill Gates, Mother Teresa

3. Ambiverts- These folks are a mix of introverts and extroverts. They fall right in the middle, characterized by a balance in emotion as well as intuition.

Ex. Angelina Jolie, William Shakespeare, Leonardo Dicaprio, Marilyn Monroe, Johnny Depp
